1031 Exchange

Do you have funds from the sale of a property eligible for tax deferred exchange?

Prairie Hill can help with this – especially if you aren’t interested in managing properties and would prefer to work with a professional investment manager. We can also increase your diversification.

Prairie Hill has Delaware Statutory Trust (DST) investment vehicles available that enable investment into a diversified portfolio of properties without losing the tax treatment of the 1031.

Retirement Accounts (401k, IRA, etc.)

Prairie Hill has partnered with Inspira Financial to enable investors to use retirement account funds (IRAs, 401ks, etc.) to invest in Prairie Hill without penalties. In many cases, investors are not putting these retirement funds to their best use, and suffer from a lack of diversification.

Real estate is one of the best asset classes for preservation of principal, income generation, and long-term appreciation – especially when an investor doesn’t have a need for immediate liquidity.
